Up-cycled 2 x Doug Fir and bicycle reflectors tied nose to tail with #8 (heavy-duty) copper wire.  

Mounting: Holes drilled in the back for slide on mount to 2 screws protruding 1/2 to 3/4" of an inch from wall.
