When the rising tides slowly eroded the earth and sand under the ironwood trees planted in 1906 as a windbreak for mango and coconut trees, the City and County of Honolulu and State of Hawaii Department of Land and Natural Resources were forced to cut down the trees before they fell and caused harm. The giant wood logs from these trees were diverted to B.C. FRaME Studio where Brian seasoned the wood since 2015 and created these beautiful memories.
